How long before I have to pay my account?

When you register a Domain Name, you will be given the option to pay by credit card, direct debit or cheque. If you choose either the option, direct debit or cheque we will not continue with the registration process or setup until we have received payment.

We allow up to 7 days’ waiting before we cancel any unpaid applications.

Will I be charged if my domain gets rejected?

If a domain name gets rejected after you have applied for it you will not be billed.

Can I pay by cheque or direct deposit?
